LONDON EAR is the city’s only festival dedicated exclusively to contemporary music, and is committed to nurturing its composition, performance and audience engagement. Alongside the music of established figures, world class performers a variety of countries will create new opportunities for emerging and neglected composers, and represent some of the less familiar developments in new music both from Britain and abroad. Through its educational programme the festival is equally dedicated to encouraging young performers to embrace contemporary music with enthusiasm and understanding.
Festival Dates: 20 – 24 March, 2013. Concerts in The Warehouse and The Cello Factory, Theed Street, Waterloo, London SE1
